It’s a valuer with some experience the property market, not an expert, they have little or no knowledge of what we do and how to do it. Ask them about the supply and demand of the market, the asset you have and how to have a smooth transaction, their response against our advice will be interesting.

To be honest, we sell a lot before they come to market, to look at timescale we always estimate 3 weeks, first week for listing and to settle on the property market, second week most viewings are conducted, week 3 for offers. There is of course no guarantee, but this tends to be the typical cycle with us.

We just put your property on a different track, a faster one than most agents, everyone can sell and buy from us.
We are inundated with investors that want properties, we restrict this to 500 that are ready to buy. They get to view and purchase (at an agreed price with the seller) We make sure they are ready to buy, properly qualified buy us and there is little chance of a sale falling through. We limit to keep everything as sharp and hungry as possible. The VIP list are able to view our properties 10 Days prior to market, whilst we get the home report and marketing ready. It means there is no down time for you. They sales process starts as soon as you sign up.
Yes, there is no point having thousands of definitely maybe’s on our books, The VIP500 know the advantages of using our service, they are your early birds.
If one of the VIP’s purchase and decide they have finished their purchases for the year, they are automatically removed. The VIP membership is annually. There will be a waiting list. It is relatively easy to join. If they are shown as inactive for 4 consecutive months, we contact to discuss where they wish to continue or not.
All our properties are available to everyone. Everyone has access to them all. VIP 500 just have a 10-day heads-up start, contact us to find up about joining.
We have helped hundreds of brilliant clients build their portfolios from scratch.
